When you click on your browser, you get this DNS error, and no Internet access.

This means the IP Addresses of your web pages have all been removed.

  1. Open Control Panel
  2. Click Network and Internet
  3. Click Network and Sharing Center
  4. Click Change adapter settings at left-hand side
  5. You should see one icon that says Wi-Fi
  6. Right-click the icon that says Wi-Fi, and choose Properties
  7. In the Wi-Fi properties window, select IPv4, and click Properties
  8. Select the lower Use the following DNS server address
  9. Preferred DNS server (enter this #): 208.67.222.222
  10. Alternate DNS server (enter this #): 66.228.116.179
