Boot problems

My PC failed to boot properly. It went in circles - Logo page, BIOS page, Insert a Boot Media and click a button. Even pressing Ctrl, Alt, Delete all at once doesn't help.

I wrote to my Computer Centre to ask for help. The chief said to try Linux Distribution.
